Hey guys, we will be coaching classes Monday through Friday at both 5pm and 6pm. If the 6pm was getting a little too crowded for you, the 5pm option will open it up for the new folks to join in. We have been completely thrilled with the progressions that everyone has been making! We feel truly thankful that we are able to share in this process of reaching new levels of fitness together!
